All week the weather had been horrible, cold and wet. Then came Friday and the rain stopped the clouds cleared and the sun came out, making a lovely evening for a 10K.
We travelled to Sandringham mid afternoon, the journey was good with minimal delays. Once we parked up we made our way to the event village. The whole atmosphere was great and I was ready and excited to get going. Bang on 7pm the start gun fired and we were off.
The Route is a mix of grass, paths and trails through the Royal Sandringham Estate. A beautiful route.
Have to say it was a very well organised event and will definately be back in 2027.
