Just a week after my Ipswich Half Marathon, I’m back on the start line for the Cambridge Town and Gown 10K Race.
Weather conditions were good, dry and bright at 14 degrees C. I lined up with 4500 other runners. The atmosphere was fantastic, the run through the heart of Cambridge is a lovely experience. I felt great and was pain free for the whole run which was a relief, so much better then I was just 3 weeks ago. To top it all I managed a new 10K PB time at 58:47 so all in all a great day! I’ll be back.
