It was a misty and chilly morning on the Millennium Field in Kesgrave for my 152nd Parkrun. The sun started to break through as 222 of us started Parkrun. It was my first time here since the course was slightly altered due to the new Bump Track that has been constructed.

I came 117th with a time of 28m 46s only 6 secs on my Kesgrave PB so well happy with that as I wasn’t going for a quick time.
